Foundation Year

78% of students surveyed had not been involved with peer mentoring prior to using Tyfy.

By making peer mentoring more accessible, we’re encouraging more and more students to get involved and reach out for support.

Tyfy.co was used in the Foundation Year specifically to support students entering Higher Education via non-traditional routes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, tyfy.co was instrumental in allowing students to maintain their communities and support networks online.

A majority of students enjoyed the ‘community’ feel of tyfy.co; ease of communication, the ability to use messaging functions and the specific mentor matching function were cited as key benefits.

“Using the Tyfy system will allow our students to have easier access to receive support and guidance”
